great potential but serious issues

The room was nicely decorated and had a spacious layout. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. I appreciated the mountain view from my window which added charm to my stay.

The hotel featured a beautiful lobby with some stunning local artwork, giving it a charming touch that reflects the city's culture.

The bathroom in my room had issues with drainage, making it difficult for water to flow down while showering, which was quite inconvenient.

The Deluxe Suite provided ample space for relaxation, allowing for a pleasant atmosphere after a long day. The convenience of the lift service was noteworthy, although it didn’t always function smoothly.

The absence of breakfast is a major shortcoming, leaving guests to fend for themselves in the morning. Additionally, the non-AC rooms can be quite uncomfortable, especially on warmer days, with some corner rooms becoming unbearably hot. The bathroom facilities are overdue for an upgrade. issues like mold and poor drainage were disappointing and disrupt what could be a more enjoyable stay.

The airport shuttle was on time and convenient.

Unfortunately, I experienced several disappointments during my stay. The shower drain in my room wasn't working well, leading to a flooded floor after each shower. I also found the room lighting inadequate, as the bedside lamp was non-functional despite requesting a fix.

The Deluxe Single Room had a comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after a busy day. I enjoyed the mountain view from my window, adding a special touch to my stay. The flat-screen TV was a nice amenity for relaxing in the evenings. However, the lift failed a few times during my stay, which was frustrating, especially being on the 7th floor. Lighting in the room could improve significantly. the bedside lights didn't work, and despite asking for a fix, nothing was done. The restaurant on the floor below had friendly service, but the food didn't meet my expectations, and the music was too loud for a pleasant dining experience.

I really enjoyed my four-night stay in a Deluxe Double Room. The staff was attentive and provided clean towels and bottled water regularly. The airport shuttle was on time, and I felt safe throughout my visit. The restaurant had good food at reasonable prices. 😄
